The Project Room (sometimes called the studio or nursing room) is accessed by solid clear grade white oak stairs and solid bronze handrail leading from the gallery accessing the Master Bedroom, Private Office One and the Foyer. The room is a 665 sq. ft. room with custom selected carpeting, featuring a vaulted 13’ 11”ceiling and window and accent dormer with  elevated views, and with office equipment network connections.
